Experience
I received my medical degree from the Catholic University Of Guayaquil in Ecuador. Throughout my studies I had the opportunity to volunteer with The Red Cross Association. It was during my time with the organization I became involved with community outreach work. Immediately following graduation I began my medical career in a Colombian hospital. During this time I found teaching to be a rewarding outlet for additional community outreach work and presented conferences and lectures on disease prevention. Due to my background in medicine and community outreach education development, I explored tutoring and found a new way to share my knowledge. I primarily tutor in anatomy and physiology, biology, and pathology but am comfortable with all math and science classes as well as language and Spanish. I prefer individual tutoring sessions as the allow me to learn more about the needs of the student and develop a curriculum and schedule that will be most beneficial for the student. I am fully bilingual and can tutor the above subjects in English or Spanish.When I'm not tutoring I am working on the United States Medical Licensing exams so that I may begin an Internal Medicine residency in the United States.
