Experience
I graduated from Siena College, where I earned my bachelor of science in Biology. I completed a minor in Religious Studies. My senior thesis was about social psychology. Next, I'm headed to Notre Dame Law School, where I will obtain my JD in a couple of years. I have experience tutoring students through a tutoring company, and have also been a teaching assistant in a class about writing scientifically. I am also known for having tutored students throughout my time in college. My most exciting experience with teaching was when I went to Bolivia to teach students there in English. I can tutor various classes, and tend to focus on English and math. I appreciate how each of these subjects can be conquered with plenty of practice, without a bunch of rote memorization. I have developed methods of learning that I share with my students, and guide them as they complete exercises independently. I also enjoy assisting students as they study for such standardized tests as the SAT, ACT, and LSAT. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, doing yoga, and photography. I also have a thing where I search for the coolest coffee shops wherever I travel.
